what is geographic gourmet?

  Geographic Gourmet = connoisseur of all things geography
To break it down further: it is the knowledge and appreciation of Earth’s features, inhabitants, diverse environments, places, and spaces and their interactions. 

Quite simply, it is another awesome way of saying I am a map nerd who loves to travel!

I believe that the “everyday” can be extraordinary. Exploring the world, around the corner or globally, enriches the soul. 

New experiences broaden the mind and promote a greater understanding of the human condition.

The intent of this journey is to promote kindness, compassion, and curiosity while sharing a love of all things travel.

As a child, I relentlessly played  with my toy globe. I obsessed over every issue of National Geographic magazine (especially the inserts). Organizing trips with best friends, and family vacations, became a regular habit. 

My love of organizing, planning, documenting cool architectural features/landscapes/food, etc. naturally evolved into this venture.

Monday to Friday, I use my geography degree as a GIS analyst. 

Here, I am a travel influencer showcasing personalized experiences that connect you with diverse cultures and breathtaking landscapes. The site will feature  

 itineraries, destination photos, travel tidbits, what to pack lists, etc.
